Villa Essence was perfect for the 9 days we were there. The pool was absolutely lovely and the hot tub was nice to have when it was a bit cooler outside. The villa would be perfect for two different groups of people to use as the two main bedrooms are opposite sides of the house but each one has its own bathroom. The owners were really lovely and very responsive. The photos don’t really do the garden and outside space justice. We would definitely like to stay here again, thank you.

***** A wonderful week for our family
We have enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Essence. The villa is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need, even kitchen basics such as oil, salt, pepper, spices, some water, coffee and tea. We stayed here in the second half of October, and temperatures were around 28C each day. The heated pool and jaccuzzi were amazing, not just for our kids but for us as well. The villa is on a quiet location, and it's only about 10 minutes drive to supermarket, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner (bbq available as well) on the beautiful terrace with great views, and had great lunches at nearby restaurants. Contact with the owners and local property manager was always fast and helpful. Overall we've had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to stay here!

Villa Essence was the perfect place for our 16 night stay in Lanzarote. In a quiet location not far from Tias, it is well positioned for trips out by car to any part of the island. The three bedroomed property has two bathrooms and a large open-plan area with a comfortably furnished lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen/utility room. Outside there are attractive gardens with a jacuzzi, heated pool and plenty of garden furniture for relaxing in the sunshine. An large outcrop of volcanic rocks with exotic plants is a wonderful backdrop to the pool area. There is no problem with parking either on the driveway or in the road. Our dealings with Richard and Debbie, the owners, has been second-to-none from the moment of booking almost two years ago. We had no problem in rescheduling our visit due to Covid and all enquiries have been dealt with extremely promptly. Laura, the local agent, arrived within hours with a replacement when a heater failed. Cool evenings in February sometimes need a little boost in temperature. Lanzarote certainly has a lot to offer the visitor and we would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Essence to fellow travellers.

We explored the local area on foot and thoroughly recommend walking from the villa up to Montana Blanca. The walks around and between La Montaneta and Montana Tersa are beautiful. The villa is very well equipped and the wifi was robust throughout the property. The heated patio area was ideal for enjoying the outside after dark. We thoroughly recommend a stay here. We loved our stay in Villa Essence. The presentation of the villa is perfect for 6 people. All the bedrooms are spacious, the lounge is comfortable and spacious, the pool area is fantastic and the outside dining area is beautiful. The location of the villa was great for us, close to all amenities but with good privacy. We didn't want to be in the middle of a built up resort. We had amazing views of the coast line and the mountains. For us it was a perfect villa for a wonderful holiday in one of our favourite places, lanzarote. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This superb villa is perfectly situated in a beautiful peaceful location within easy reach of all parts of Lanzarote. Upon walking through the doors we felt at home. Gorgeous 3 bed villa in a stunning peaceful location. Still close enough to reach any part of the island if you are looking for a sunset or busy tourist spot. This was our second stay and the villa has everything you need. We stayed for two weeks so we enjoyed several bbqs on the patio as well as visiting beautiful restaurants exploring the island. The weather was 30 degrees most days so the pool was fantastic. The villa is exceptionally clean and the hosts Debbie and Richard are very efficient ensuring you enjoy your stay to the maximum. Close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and tourist places, you rent a single storey villa, with 3 bedrooms (very comfortable bedding) and two bathrooms, a large kitchen open to the living room (large television, subscriptions ... ), a dining room, all overlooking several terraces where you can also eat. Heated swimming pool (29 degrees, controlled in early March!), Jacuzzi, sunbathing, magnificent rock garden in the style of the island. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large kitchen background, the welcome booklet is particularly detailed and precise. The reception procedure is well established, perfect. The discussions with the owners, Debbie and Richard are numerous, responsive and extremely friendly. The whole is very clean. I recommend this rental and thank Debbie and Richard for the quality of their property and their welcome.

Fantastic location on a beautiful island. Very easy drive from the airport. The villa is fabulous, very clean and spacious with absolutely everything you need which make it a great home from home. Lovely views and great sunbathing terraces, outside dining, private pool and hot tub which made our stay all the more relaxing. Particularly love the volcanic plug which is stunning when lit up in the evening. I would like one in my back garden! We had a fabulous time in Debbie and Richard’s villa in the hills above Puerto Del Carmen. All their communications were spot on and the check in process worked smoothly with Laura, the property manager. The fact that the property is only a 10 minute car journey from Lanzarote airport was a real boon. Its central position on the island meant that nowhere was too far to travel to. The villa itself has all the amenities you require and is beautifully decorated. There is a fine heated pool and the hot tub was great for star watching on cool November evenings. There’s a small supermarket in the village, Conil, and even a tapas bar restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not get round to eating there but had a number of fine meals in nearby Puerto Del Carmen, Playa Quemada and, further afield, the village of La Santa on the west coast. We found the Hiper Dino supermarket, a five minute drive away in Tías, an excellent choice for all foods and household goods. We can thoroughly recommend Villa Essence and would have no hesitation in returning. Many thanks to Debbie and Richard from John and Lindsey.

Since English is not my native language, I wrote the review in German. An English translation is available below. Actually, the accommodation has never played a big role for me in a holiday because we are always very active. This time it should be a really good place to stay, which is why I chose the villa and what can I say ... we would have loved to stay forever. Once you've lived in this villa on Lanzarote for a week, you know how beautiful life can be. We are infinitely grateful to Debbie & Richard for allowing us and others to make this experience and that they share their villa. Everything was just right. For us it was the perfect holiday! Unforgettable evenings overlooking the Milky Way from the hot tub. The wonderful view of the sea and Fuerteventura for breakfast. Cool off in the private pool after sunbathing ... The location on the island is also perfect. No overcrowded tourist town, but quiet and you can reach every end of the island very fast by car. A small supermarket is within walking distance. Larger stores are only a few minutes away by car. The house is in perfect condition, very clean, stylish and warm. A fully equipped house that leaves nothing to be desired. The outdoor area is wonderful and the greening fits to the island. You can be completely undisturbed here. I would say that the pictures speak for themselves, but in reality it is even better! Debbie & Richard were always approachable and have given us all the important information in advance, so everything went smoothly and we were able to land directly into the villa. Pure luxury has been waiting for us. The champagne, the draped towels on the beds ... Even the fridge was filled with everything you need for a well-balanced breakfast, which I really did not expect. It may not read as spectacular as I remember it. It's hard to describe in words. I have already made a few holidays (also via AirBnb), but that was really the crowning glory. It was so good that you already felt bad because it was so good :D We flew from Tenerife to Lanzarote, where we also had a week ago via AirBnb. Actually I wanted to make my wife a wedding proposal in this villa on Lanzarote, which I have (unfortunately) made before on Tenerife. If I had known how good Lanzarote would be in the villa, I would have waited. My wife was overwhelmed and it also took her quite a while to realize it ;) I can only thank you once again for this truly unforgettable experience and I hope it was not the last time!

The villa is situated on the outskirts of a quiet village with cracking views over to Fuerteventura. Being centrally located it’s easy to get to anywhere you fancy visiting on the island.

The villa is very well kept, clean, tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including the all important private pool and hot tub with some great extras such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, wi-fi, internet TV etc. The gardens are lovely and spacious and the volcanic plug an amazing feature, especially when lit up at night. Dining outside was sheer heaven with the breathtaking views and the sun setting.

A truly great place to stay and relax, we highly recommend this villa and will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Lanzarote!

Just returned from an amazing holiday at Villa Essence. The villa is in a beautiful, and quiet, location with fantastic views of the sea and Fuerteventura. The owners of this villa have made sure that everything you need (plus some great extras) are available while on holiday here. Most of the furniture is brand new - very comfy beds indeed. Exceptionally clean inside and out. The new pool was at the perfect temperature and we loved sitting on the purpose built seat in the shallow end of the pool enjoying a glass of wine. We also enjoyed the secluded hot tub and spent most evenings relaxing in here. This is a sunworshipers paradise as you get the sun all day around the villa. The volcanic plug by the pool is a stunning natural feature - especially at night when lit up. We cannot fault this villa at all and will definitely be booking again for next year as this is the best place we have ever stayed on the island.
